Gust Gallery - Fine Arts

Richard Forbes was born to a military family in Cambridge, England in 1956. Richard first studied at the Alberta College of Art in Calgary in 1977, in 1985 he attended Emily Carr College of Art and Design. Forbes has been working as a sculptor for the past 25 years in Langley, BC, operating Forbes Foundry in a converted church. Richard is one of the few artists using the lost wax process, taking the original clay model to finished bronze in studio.
